The black house is located in a 30km away from Buenos Aires, Argentina. This beautiful house is owned by a young couple, were asked Andres Remy Architects to takes the challenges in designing their new house with taking advantage of amazing view of lake.

Sited in a spectacular natural environment, the team of architects use their talented to creating a house that take advantage of the landscapes around the area with “the next best views to the lake were at the back of the lot, while the best orientation was at the front, for a socially active couple without children, made relevant the resolution of the social areas, we decided to divide the social areas in two. In one side are located the common areas, such as the kitchen and the dinning room. On the other side is located the living room, closer to the lake.” the architects said.

Lázaro Rosa-Violán Turned Barcelona Apartment with Antique and Eclectic Finishes

Spanish artist and interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán was turned this Barcelona apartment interior with fully furnished with antique and eclectic spaces, the space is fabulous, refined, whimsy and breathtaking, he has completed this apartment in a very awesome.

The designer got an antique space, he opened up the 200-square-metre floor plan, created a bedroom with a wall made from mirror-panelled doors reclaimed from a Catalan palace, a guest room, a kitchen made up of antique cabinets, and a sky-lit bathroom in the place of the head quarters original reception area.

Glass Wall House by Klopf Architecture

Klopf Architecture was tasked with designing and built a new warm, modern, Eichler-inspired, open, indoor-outdoor home on a deeper-than-usual San Mateo Highlands property where an original Eichler house had burned to the ground.

Completed in 2016, this 2,606 square foot, three bedroom, three bathroom, glass wall house is located in San Mateo in the heart of the Silicon Valley, California, United States, is where “the Klopf team designed an L-shaped “bar” house with a large glass wall with large sliding glass doors that faces sideways instead of to the rear like a typical Eichler. This glass wall opens to a pool and landscaped yard designed by Arterra Landscape Architects.” the architects said.

The most amazing about this kitchen rendering is a very comfortable and beautiful place to spend time in! The designer played the interior with contrasting materials and color to create an elegant and light interior design.

“As well you can see the kitchen interior is extremely well-organized, for all the stuff is kept in built-in storage. Wooden table is the focal point of the studio kitchen. On the one side of it, we’ve got the living room zone, on the other – kitchen. As well as that, sitting on the table, one can see the terrace through the glass doors. Wood is the predominant texture, and it is present in two colors – soft brown and dark chocolate. It makes the kitchen look cozy and bright.” the designer said.

Blank Daybed Inspired By Traditional Korean Furniture

Korean designer Hyung Suk Cho was created this Blank Daybed blends elements from traditional Korean furniture are pieces of furniture for the needs of modern houses.

Blank is designed to be “halfway” between a sofa and a bed, it features a wide flat seat covered by a long cushion and another pair of removable cushions that form the backrest. The seat rests atop a single piece of wood, while the base features three horizontal slats of wood that support the sofa.

Marc Mogas Prefabricated This Summer House in Pyrenees

Spanish architect Marc Mogas took on the challenges by creating this prefabricated cottage in Spain’s Pyrenees mountains as a cost-effective summer retreat. We share this as one of the inspiration for the day of how the architects and designers are increasingly considering how prefabrication techniques can be used to build speedy and cost-effective yet aesthetically pleasing housing.

Mogas designed the dwelling to be transported to the site in three modules. This helped to keep the project to its budget of €100,000 (£87,000) and allowed construction work to continue through the winter months.

ITN Architects Renovated a 1880s Victorian Brick House in Melbourne, Australia

ITN Architects was challenged to redesign this an old 1880’s Victorian brick house in an old suburb of Melbourne, Australia. The old front part was redesigned to creates about contemporary residential building, including new bathrooms and side windows. Some of the old fruit trees were retained and landscaped around with grass to suit the new backyard layout.

The Austral bricks from the La Paloma were used to design an external bricks in a white “Miro” colour principally to match the existing rendered brick house which is painted off white, and to keep the new work light and clean and to set it off against the green grass.

The prime the project was to convert the property from an office to a residential building to result a comfortable spaces to live in. The Brazilian Taste was added to this design throughout, its functional spaces — the kitchen, dining area, living room and study — are well defined.

The owner asked us to think about an elegant, fresh, flexible space that would communicate with numerous plants, their major passion, the architects said. The layout was redesigned according to the contemporary living needs of the clients.
